Chris was a very active ULR whilst in his role as an Assistant branch manager, supporting learners in the branch network. Being a ULR had a big impact on Chris and during his time he was able to steer his own career in a new direction. He began to use his ULR skills to look at courses that would develop the skills he needed for a career change.

Chris now works in learner support, as a Development Coach teaching management NVQs, and we will miss his commitment to the project.
