UnionLearn Update – England 22/09/20

The project team have continued to work in very difficult circumstances to deliver on the majority of the project’s profiled outcomes. This is especially welcome given all the issues thrown up by the Covid Pandemic. The most pleasing thing from my point of view is just how quickly the team adapted to the ever-changing landscape, enabling them to continue to support and engage with our learners on so many different levels.

As a team, we meet at least three times a week to discuss the project, as well as ensuring that the team are managing to work from home and their well-being is maintained.
We are constantly looking at various platforms, with which to get our learning message out to as wide an audience as possible. We believe that these various social media platforms as well as our monthly flyers are working and are reflected in our overall project outcomes.

We constantly discuss future campaigns as well as looking at the success of previous campaigns. We will be doing a variety of themed events to tie in with Learning at Work Week. We have updated our ULR recruitment campaign, with a new ‘Videoscribe’ to help us promote it. There has never been a better time to be involved with the Learn with Aegis project, given its success and the desire of the various businesses for staff to actively self-develop.

To keep yourself fully updated, check out our website: where you will find our ‘enquiries form’ to help you get in touch with us. We use all the social media platforms, check them out. Our offerings change on a regular basis.

You will also find full details of the project team, who are only too willing to help and support you on your learning journey.

“A member could come up and talk to me to let me know what's going on in their team, and if something's not going well I'll see what can be done to help.”
