Empower Hour - Exercise your power to choose with practical ways to stay motivated; get clear; stay out of drama and switch to goal focus by taking control.

This is a 1hour session, we are aiming to offer 3 sessions – morning, afternoon, early evening. The day and times are not set yet so it would be helpful if you want to register for the session you indicate what time would be best.

Home Working at Your Best - How can employees work in the best way possible given their home situation; create healthy boundaries so business as "new-usual" can continue.

This is a 2-hour session, we are aiming to offer 3 sessions – morning, afternoon, early evening. The day and times are not set yet so it would be helpful if you want to register for the session you indicate what time would be best.

Wellbeing & Self-Care during Lockdown - Staying mentally and physically well during these times; what practices are most helpful, including meditation, mindfulness, getting outside and slowing down.

This is a 2-hour session, we are aiming to offer 3 sessions – morning, afternoon, early evening. The day and times are not set yet so it would be helpful if you want to register for the session you indicate what time would be best

If these sessions prove to be popular Aegis Union Learning will offer more.

All of these sessions will be run over Zoom, if you want to book onto the session you will need to download Zoom onto your own personal equipment IE, Phone, laptop or tablet.

There will be a 15-minute pre session meeting the day before your session, this will allow Aegis to give you a quick guide on using zoom and get you to complete required forms. All Sessions are Tutor Led.
