First in-person Aegis Development Days since COVID-19 took place in Culross in early October 2023.
Jasmine Gartner delivered a very insightful session on Unconscious Bias, Privilege and Equity, generating great discussion among Aegis reps.
The following day Aegis reps received a thorough and informative update on the changes to employment law from Thompsons Solicitors Scotland.
In addition, Fiona Steele and Brian Linn presented on the timeline of Aegis since its inception in 1972 and plans for the union’s future.
We hope to bring back these in-person events on a more regular basis, and looking forward to bringing our reps together in similar events in the future!
